What hotends are included in the H2C Combo?

The H2C AMS Combo and Laser Full Combo include a total of 8 hotends and 1 AMS 2 Pro system.
The right side uses induction hotends, including 4 × 0.4 mm hardened steel hotends (1 pre-installed), plus 0.2 mm and 0.6 mm options.
The left side includes 2 × 0.4 mm hardened steel standard hotends.

Currently, the system supports mixed flow-rate printing, but not different nozzle sizes simultaneously.

Does the H2C support laser and cutting functions?

Yes. The H2C Laser Edition supports both 10W and 40W laser modules, as well as blade cutting.
The standard H2C can be upgraded with a laser module via an upgrade kit.

Can H2S or H2D be upgraded to H2C?

Yes, using the Vortek Upgrade Kit. However, due to the complexity and cost, purchasing the H2C directly is recommended.

Can different nozzle sizes be used simultaneously?

No. Currently, the firmware does not support mixing different nozzle sizes. However, same-size mixed flow hotends are supported.

Are H2C and H2D accessories compatible?

Build plates are not interchangeable due to size differences. However, calibration plates, laser platforms and cutting mats are compatible across H2 series printers.

How is the product shipped?

The H2C AMS Combo ships in one package. Laser versions ship in two packages (printer + laser module).

Are there limitations when using different filaments?

Yes. Certain materials such as TPU may have specific requirements. Always check compatibility guidelines for best performance.

How can I unlock full hotend swapping capability?

For full functionality, users can expand the setup with additional hotends and AMS units, enabling full 7-hotend automatic swapping.
