Description

AESUB Orange 3D Scanning Spray – Long-Lasting Scan Spray

AESUB Orange is a professional 3D scanning spray designed for long-duration scanning workflows and precision optical measurement. The spray creates a uniform matte coating that eliminates reflections and improves the ability of scanners to capture accurate geometry.

It is particularly useful when scanning reflective, transparent or textured surfaces that are difficult for optical scanners to capture accurately.

Although AESUB Orange provides a long scanning window, the coating still evaporates naturally after scanning, eliminating the need for cleaning.

Long-Lasting Coating for Extended Scanning

AESUB Orange provides a scanning time of approximately 4 to 8 hours. This makes it ideal for extended scanning workflows where multiple components or large objects must be digitised.

Because the coating lasts longer than many conventional scanning sprays, users can perform large scanning projects without repeatedly applying the spray.

Typical use cases include:

  • Large industrial components
  • Automotive parts
  • Complex mechanical assemblies
  • Large cultural heritage objects
  • Architectural elements

Ultra-Thin Coating for High Measurement Accuracy

AESUB Orange creates an extremely thin coating with a thickness of only 2 to 6 microns. This ensures that the spray has minimal influence on the measured geometry while significantly improving scan contrast.

The homogeneous coating provides consistent scanning conditions, which helps optical scanners capture highly accurate surface data.

Self-Evaporating Scanning Spray

Although AESUB Orange is long-lasting, it still sublimates naturally after scanning. The coating disappears gradually within approximately 12 to 24 hours.

This eliminates the need for manual cleaning of the scanned object or surrounding environment.

Because the spray is pigment-free, it is also suitable for sensitive environments such as laboratories, research facilities and production environments where contamination must be avoided.
