500mm/s CoreXY — Fast and Stable
Dual 4260 stepper motors independently drive the X and Y axes, while low-friction metal linear guide rods keep motion smooth at speed. Because the die-cast aluminium frame absorbs vibration rather than transmitting it, print quality stays high even at 500mm/s with 20,000mm/s² acceleration.
Active Vibration Compensation detects and counteracts unwanted resonance automatically, so speed doesn’t come at the cost of surface quality.
Material Versatility
Since the enclosed chamber, 350°C nozzle, 110°C heated bed, and all-around cooling system work together, the Centauri Carbon 2 Combo handles a wide range of materials from basic to engineering-grade — PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PC, PET, and carbon-fibre reinforced filaments.
TPU is natively supported by the standalone Centauri Carbon 2. For the Combo version, install the included Flexible Filament Adapter and disconnect the CANVAS cable before printing TPU. CANVAS is compatible with fibre-reinforced filaments, though regular inspection and replacement of feed parts is recommended during extended use due to abrasiveness.
Full-Auto Calibration — Load, Tap, Walk Away
Auto calibration, auto levelling, and auto Z-offset handle setup without manual intervention. Because 31 smart sensors continuously monitor each print (clog detection, filament runout, cutter status, exhaust grille, fan self-checks, bed overheat protection, and power-loss recovery), the machine catches issues before they ruin a print.
