Description
One Spool. Every Colour.
Creality PLA Rainbow Filament
Creality PLA Rainbow Filament blends multiple colours into a single strand, so your print shifts smoothly from one shade to the next as it builds up.
Because the gradient runs through the filament itself, there’s no manual colour-swapping needed — you get a vivid, multi-tone result straight off the printer.
Multi-Colour Gradient
Since the colour shift is built into the strand, each print reveals its own smooth transition.
Smooth Surface Finish
It keeps a clean, refined finish even as the colour changes across a print.
Improved Toughness
Since it holds up better than standard PLA, prints resist breaking more effectively.
Works on Any FDM Printer
Because it’s standard 1.75mm PLA, it isn’t locked to one printer brand or ecosystem.
Every Print Looks Different
Vivid, One-of-a-Kind Gradients
Because the colour transition depends on how much filament a print uses, no two models come out looking exactly the same. Smaller prints often show a tighter shift between colours, while larger models reveal a fuller, more gradual transition across the whole piece.
So whether you’re printing decorative ornaments, artwork, or gifts, this filament adds a genuinely distinctive look without any extra setup.
Best Uses for CR-PLA Rainbow
Since the gradient effect is the whole point, it suits projects where colour and visual interest matter most.
Printing Recommendations
| Setting | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| Nozzle Temperature | 190–230°C |
| Bed Temperature | No heat required, though up to 60°C improves adhesion |
| Print Speed | 40–80mm/s (standard-speed CR-PLA — not the Hyper Rainbow high-speed line) |
Since ideal settings can vary between printers, treat these as a starting point rather than a fixed rule.
Storage Tips
Keep this filament in a dry, ventilated environment, away from high temperatures, direct sunlight, or humidity. If you don’t finish the spool soon after opening it, using a drying box before your next print helps keep results consistent.

Creality PLA Rainbow Filament — FAQ
Is this the same as Creality’s Hyper Rainbow PLA?
No. This is CR-PLA Rainbow, the standard-speed version. Hyper Rainbow PLA is a separate line built for high-speed printing (up to 300mm/s), sold in named colour variants like Spring Lake and Wild Blossom.
Will every print show the same gradient pattern?
Not exactly. Since the transition depends on how much filament a print uses, smaller and larger models tend to show slightly different colour balances.
Does this only work on Creality printers?
No. Since it’s standard 1.75mm PLA, it works on any FDM printer that takes 1.75mm filament, regardless of brand.
What temperature should I print it at?
Between 190-230°C at the nozzle. A heated bed isn’t required, but temperatures up to 60°C improve adhesion.
Is Creality PLA Rainbow available in Cyprus?
Yes, The 3D Factory stocks it and delivers across Cyprus.
