Safe Model Removal
How to Remove Prints Without Damaging the Coating
- Allow the print and plate to cool.
- Use the scraper supplied with the printer to lift one edge gently.
- Pry the model away slowly without digging into the coating.
- If the model remains tightly attached, heat the plate to approximately 50°C and try again carefully.
The SuperTack Pro surface is relatively soft. Avoid sharp scraping angles and excessive force.
Important Material and Care Information
- Do not print TPU on SuperTack Pro because it can damage the surface.
- Bambu PLA Silk+ is supported under the manufacturer’s stated guidance.
- Other PLA Silk materials may bond too strongly and can damage the print or plate.
- Do not use acetone or other organic solvents.
- Clean only when needed, using water and ordinary dishwashing detergent.
- Use the scraper carefully because the coating is soft.
- Select the correct printer size before ordering.
Cleaning and Maintenance
SuperTack Pro normally provides strong adhesion without frequent cleaning or additional glue.
If dirt, dust or fingerprints build up, wash the plate gently with water and dishwashing detergent.

Simple Installation
Install the Plate in Two Steps
- Align the plate with the locating points on the printer platform, keeping the plate name facing you.
- Lower the plate carefully and allow it to attach to the magnetic heatbed.
Confirm that the plate sits flat and is correctly aligned before printing.
Select the correct SuperTack Pro plate profile in Bambu Studio when available.
