Compared to generic silk PLA, Silk+ has been toughened for improved break resistance and stronger layer adhesion. Fully compatible with AMS and AMS lite. This filament ensures hassle-free printing, even during automatic material changes.

Effortless Printing

PLA Silk+ Mint is as easy to print as standard PLA. For best gloss results, use a nozzle temperature of 230–240 °C and outer wall speeds of 30–50 mm/s. Recommended bed temperature: 35–45 °C with glue. Dry before use for maximum quality.

Printing Tips

1. To enhance the gloss of your print’s appearance, it’s recommended to slow down the Outer wall printing speed. No need to worry about the reduced adhesion found in generic PLA Silk—Bambu PLA Silk+’s improved layer bonding fully supports this adjustment.

2. Dry before use to ensure the best print quality and consistent finish. Drying conditions: In a blast drying oven: 55°C for 8 hours; On an X1 printer’s heatbed: 65°C to 75°C for 12 hours.
